We work in our own unique way.
There are lots of ways different people work in different kinds of workplaces. Not everyone likes to work the same way, and not everyone is interested in reaching the same destination.
That’s cool.
But to be successful (and to have a more enjoyable work environment), it sure helps if everyone on the team works in similar ways and is heading in the same direction.
We’re not saying we have the right way to work — just our way, a way that we enjoy and works for us. In this section, we get into all the things that make us Board.org.
